The Classes

XFIT: A functional fitness class, offering elements of structured strength, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning.

FLEX: A combination of functional bodybuilding, corrective exercise, structured strength and short bouts of conditioning.

BWC: A strength class that uses each participant’s own body weight to provide resistance against gravity, combined with high intensity movements. This class offers a new level of fitness in a fun and challenging workout.

Barbell: A technical class for developing Olympic Lifting moves in a fun, supportive environment.

PERFORM

For those looking to build strong foundations and develop structural integrity. A greater focus on muscle building and corrective exercise.
Beginner to Intermediate.

COMPETE

For those looking to improve their athletic performance in any sport through power development and skill acquisition. A greater focus on strength and metabolic conditioning.
Intermediate to Advanced.
